Summary: This role supports BottleDrop operations by assisting with key operational, administrative, training and project-based responsibilities. Additional Details: This is a Monday - Friday position with some local travel required and possible overnight travel. A company car will be provided when traveling is required. A company cellphone will be provided Primary Duties & Responsibilities: In coordination with BottleDrop Operations Manager and Area Operations Supervisor, identify training opportunities and implement training plans to improve FOH & BOH operations. Monitor and track new hire training progress ensuring all required training is completed within established timelines.
