Maintenance Technician - 12hr Nights (2-2-3) - $2000 Signing Bonus

Job description

$2000 Signing Bonus - Pay $35+ to $39+ depending on skills and experience - PLUS and additional $1.25hr shift differential for nights. This position is also eligible for 10% monthly incentive bonus based on KPIs. - Work includes, but is not limited to, troubleshooting complex equipment, reading and interpreting manuals and work orders, maintaining a clean, safe work environment, and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives. - Serves as maintenance in the service of the equipment, to ensure optimal performance; responds to equipment process concerns; prioritizes work orders, PM/CM as needed. - Adhere to schedules and operational procedures including safety precautions related to the equipment and for performing assigned tasks. Take appropriate actions and make recommendations to assure safe working environment.
