Job Description Summary Organization's Summary Statement: As a key member of the Maryland Football staff, this role reports directly to the Creative Director for Football, with a secondary reporting line to the Senior Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing Strategy and Fan Experience. The primary mission is to elevate program visibility and drive student-athlete recruitment through high-impact graphic design and social media strategy. Core Responsibilities: Recruiting support; manage a high volume of graphic design work with a primary emphasis on the creative recruiting needs of the Head Coach and staff. Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive football content calendar. Partner with external staff members to execute creative assets across various digital platforms. Coordinate design materials, presentations, and creative support for on-campus recruiting visits. Serve as the program’s internal social media creator, focusing on producing high-quality, native content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
