Overview: This Project Accountant will handle all the accounting functions for various Fund- and Project-level entities and will assist with accurate and timely quarterly financial statements and monthly financial reports as required by third-party compliance. The hire should be able to perform full cycle accounting functions within their assigned entities. These functions include maintenance of accounts receivable, management of cash payments, lease accounting, debt service, fixed asset accounting, calculation of preferred returns for investors, financial account reconciliations and various other cash and reporting activities.
