Position Summary: The State Consultant, Product and Regulatory Approvals is responsible for researching, analyzing, and interpreting state regulatory requirements; developing and drafting state-specific benefit contract language; managing regulatory submissions through approval; negotiating with regulatory authorities; and performing compliance activities to support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of CVS Health products, programs, and initiatives.
