As a Cultural Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the protection, celebration, and continuation of Aboriginal cultures, knowledge systems, and ways of being. In this role, you will: help embed cultural governance, provide cultural guidance to teams and leaders, and foster environments where Aboriginal voices, perspectives, and cultural authority are respected and uplifted. You will work closely with community, Elders, Traditional Owners, and internal & external stakeholders to support culturally grounded programs, build organisational capability, and champion meaningful cultural accountability.
