VAERS is a post-marketing safety surveillance program, collecting information about adverse events that occur after the administration of vaccines. This position can work 100% from home anywhere across the US. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review case reports to determine necessary supporting documentation needed for case follow-up based on Government guidelines Review medical records and documentation received for accuracy and completeness Compose clinical abstracts from medical records and information received for cases in clinical follow-up Add medical codes per the case clinical abstract to define symptoms using MedDRA medical coding terminology Responsible for updating the VAERS database with information obtained thr...
