Job Description Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Publisher Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, the Publisher Operations Coordinator provides operational support to IPS distribution brands. Works closely with our Client Experience team to onboard and offboard new client publishers. Works in systems to help manage metadata, produce sales reporting, and improve inventory operations, and will be a point person for training users in these systems. Helps identify opportunities to improve efficiency across departments and implement process improvement. Ingram Content Group (“Ingram”) connects people with content in all forms.
