We are now looking for a Head of Operational Excellence who will take a holistic approach to our development and continuous improvement journey. As Head of Operational Excellence, you will have a broad and strategic responsibility for driving the development of our operating model, digitalization, and data-driven ways of working. You will work closely with the complete business unit Fighter Core Capabilities and lead initiatives that strengthen productivity, quality, and scalability. You will be responsible over a department of approximately 30 employees, fostering a high-performance culture and enabling your team to succeed and grow.
