Description Position Summary: The Lease-Up Property Manager is responsible for the successful launch, stabilization, and ongoing management of a newly constructed or renovated property. This role focuses on driving leasing velocity, building strong on-site teams, implementing operational systems, and delivering exceptional resident experiences while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Lease-Up & Operations: - Lead all aspects of the lease-up process from pre-opening through stabilization - Develop and execute leasing, marketing, and pricing strategies to meet absorption goals - Collaborate with marketing, construction, and ownership teams during pre-lease and opening phases - Ensure readiness for opening, including unit inspections, model setup, and operational systems Financial & Asset Management: - Prepare and manage property budgets, forecasts, and variance reports - Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and expense controls - Approve invoices, manage vendor contracts, and oversee capital and operating expenditures - Achieve NOI and occupancy targets set by ownership Team Leadership & Staffing: - Recruit,...
