Job description

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters or New York City, NY campus (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. Red Ventures Growth & Transformation (RVGT) team is seeking a Creative Manager and critical thinker to join our growing Creative Team. You'll play an instrumental role in developing core consumer-facing products for external partnerships within the Financial Institution space, while also managing a team of product, or content designers. This role calls for a passionate individual who is highly skilled in creative problem solving, user-centered design processes, foundational knowledge in both UX and UI design, comfort in pitching work to senior level stakeholders, history of leading creatives, a curiosity in all things AI and a thorough understanding of UX research practices.
