ABOUT THE ROLE: The Director of Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) is responsible for the strategic leadership, development, and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System and Quality Data Management capabilities. This role ensures a digitally enabled, data-driven, and increasingly predictive quality organization through advanced analytics and responsible use of AI technologies. The Director serves as the QMS, Quality Data, and Predictive Quality subject matter expert, partnering cross-functionally to embed quality by design and proactively manage risk. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON: - Own the global QMS strategy, including quality data capabilities, analytics, and predictive quality roadmap - Define maturity goals for digital quality, advanced analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities aligned with business strategy Oversee core QMS processes including: - Document Control - Change Management - CAPA - Deviations / Nonconformances - Complaints and Post-Market Surveillance - Management Review - Quality Risk Management - Training & Learning Management Systems - Drive optimization and automation of QMS workflows using digital tools, and analytics - Ensure integra...
