POSITION SUMMARY: The Regional Manager-Special Assets plays a critical hands-on role in supporting the stabilization and performance improvement of a designated portion of Dominium’s portfolio of Special Assets (primarily Low-Income Tax Credit/LIHTC affordable housing properties) across multiple MSAs.
