Position Title & Department: Full Time Adjunct Faculty, Electrical Engineering Posting #: 5534 Department Description: The electrical engineering department at USD is part of the Shiley-Marcos School of Engineering (SMSE), which is ranked by U.S. News in the top 15 of non-doctoral engineering schools. The department offers undergraduate degrees in electrical engineering and consists of faculty who are devoted, challenging and inspiring students to learn the technical skills in electronics, embedded systems, power and communications. The mission of the school is to provide graduates with the perspective, social awareness and leadership skills necessary for becoming changemaking engineers. The department intends to introduce a new concentration in Intelligent Systems in the future.
