A one-year, paid Global HEOR/RWE Fellowship program during which the full-time GHEOR/RWE employee will gain knowledge of and proficiency in Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Real World Evidence generation in the biopharmaceutical arena. At 6-month increments, the company will evaluate the success of the employee and provide clear feedback for continuation/improvement of the program as well as fine tuning the program to the employees goals and ambitions. At the conclusion of the program the employee will gain a broad understanding of the biopharm industry and the work conducted by a GHEOR group to support the needs within a typical biopharm company.
