About the Role At Equitable, we help clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives- a mission we've honed since 1859. Equitable is seeking a Branch Manager to join our Minnesota Branch located in Minneapolis, MN . This position will oversee the Branch and will be responsible for the development and execution of the overall Branch business goals. The Branch Manager will be required to live in the geographic proximity to the branch and work in the office 4 days per week - this is not a remote position. The Branch Manager will have accountability for 8 branch-wide key managerial components: - Recruiting, Hiring and Retention - Training and Development of Associates - Staff Management and Development - Supervision and Documentation Practices - Branch Sales Activity and Promotion - Marketing and Communications - Finance, Operations and Technology Initiatives - Leadership, Growth and Culture What We Are Looking For: Key activities include (but are not limited to): Recruiting and Hiring: Develop a hiring plan and headcount allocation within the branch.
