Overview Overview: The Vendor Contracts Manager within the Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Vendor Management Office department is responsible for managing the lifecycle of vendor engagements which directly impact business operations, customer delivery, and partner relationships. The Vendor Contracts Manager partners with business teams to monitor and manage vendor compliance and performance as it relates to contractual requirements. The Vendor Contracts Manager is responsible for maintaining contract documentation and monitoring key dates such as for renewals and expiration notices and engages in negotiating and facilitating contract renewals or terminations as needed. Key Responsibilities: Essential functions may vary depending on the specific focus of the role within the corporate health plan team - Support business owners in managing key vendor relationships. Engage with vendor when needed for escalated issues. Track and manage issues as appropriate.
