Responsibilities & Qualifications: The Novelis Terre Haute team is seeking a Plant Manager. This role will direct plant operations for a medium size site to achieve the targets set in the strategic and annual production plan. Implement the strategy for the Novelis Operating System (NOS), ensuring production targets are met within set cost, quality, and delivery while adhering to safety and environmental policies. Additionally, the Plant Manager will lead employee performance, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations to improve business value.
