Open to candidates in the United States About the Role: BigPanda is seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive Finance & GTM Systems Admin to join our team. This is a hybrid systems role supporting both Finance and Sales/Revenue, responsible for managing and evolving our core enterprise systems to meet BigPanda’s fast-changing needs. This role will be critical in maintaining and scaling BigPanda’s tech stack while driving process improvements, automation, integrations, and AI initiatives. You will partner directly with stakeholders — not just executing requests, but understanding business objectives and designing scalable, thoughtful solutions that enable growth. This opportunity will provide you with a broad skillset, allowing you to wear multiple hats and drive a diverse range of projects with significant runway to influence both our Finance and Revenue systems roadmaps.
