This position is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, providing quality services to individuals in the program, and providing guidance and support to Program Supervisors and group room staff. The Program Coordinator will step in and perform supervisory tasks in the absence of a Program Supervisor, ensuring continuity of operations and exceptional care. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Exercise discretion and independent judgment in evaluating possible courses of conduct, impacting business operations or finances. Influence hiring, transfer, promotion, and disciplinary actions, ensuring best practices and open communication. Ensure implementation of appropriate active treatment activities across program sites.
