Job description

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Manager and, the Host/Hostess is a high visibility position that plays a vital role in ensuring that Guest feel welcome, respected, appreciated, and cared for during their time at our restaurant. Our Host/Hostess must emotionally connect with Guests, collect information about Guests’ dining experience/preferences, and effectively communicate with our service team and management. Core Job Responsibilities: The Host/Hostess performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department and assumes other responsibilities, duties, tasks, and assignments that contribute to the mitigation or response to any public health emergency.
