Service Coordinator Renewal by Andersen - Indianapolis, IN Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. As a Service Coordinator, you will connect with our existing customers about their warranty and service requests by answering incoming calls, managing schedules for our service technicians, and resolving issues regarding their windows. You will also work directly with our operations leadership team to learn and grow in your knowledge of doors and windows. We're looking for someone with a strong personality and exceptional customer service and multi-tasking skills that thrives in a fast-paced environment to manage post-sale communication with our customers.
