Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES: - Lead complex network implementations while ensuring the stability and maintenance of existing infrastructure. - Provide technical solutions and mentor junior engineers in network-related tasks. - Conduct network surveys and documentation to support infrastructure planning. - Analyze customer requirements and design technical solutions to meet their needs. - Design and implement advanced network configurations to optimize performance. - Lead troubleshooting efforts for critical network issues and provide rapid resolutions. - Evaluate emerging technologies for potential network enhancements and improvements. - Monitor the work quality of junior engineers and provide guidance and feedback. - Participate in technical design reviews to ensure project alignment with best practices. - Manage local implementation teams, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to specification.
