Description: As an Entry-Level Recruiter at Pressed Roots , you will play a vital role in identifying, engaging, and hiring talented individuals to support our growing salon network. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a high level of organization, and a passion for helping others grow their careers in beauty. You will support the full recruitment process from sourcing to hire while also assisting with onsite technical auditions for stylists (training provided). This role is hybrid and requires regular in-person availability in Dallas, Plano, and Arlington , with occasional travel to Houston .
