- Sydney Location / Hybrid Working About the Team: The DataX and Economics teams sit within WIB DDAI (Data, Digital & AI) and deliver data-driven products and insights to external institutional clients, while Economics provides macroeconomic research and forecasts that shapes Westpac's market voice. We’re looking for a hands-on Platform Engineer to lead a critical uplift across our Economics and DataX environment — transforming how data, tooling and insights come together to power decision-making at scale. You’ll play a central role in modernising a data environment — bringing structure, scalability and automation where it matters most.
