Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Facilities Operations Manager to lead the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of our facilities. This role is responsible for ensuring all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to 24/7 operations and maintenance teams, oversee critical infrastructure, coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support organizational objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Lead and supervise 24/7 facilities operations and maintenance teams, including scheduling, performance management, and issue resolution. Oversee maintenance and repair activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, security, and other critical building systems. Monitor critical infrastructure systems and respond promptly to equipment issues or emergencies.
