Overview: Supervises and coordinates therapeutic and mental health services to families and children. Provides managerial and clinical supervision to dependently and independently licensed therapists providing working directly with children and families. Ensures that therapeutic services are delivered in a safe manner and in accordance with the philosophy, Methods, and Mission of Positive Leaps as well as in accordance with Ohio CSWMFT and licensure specific Code of Ethics. Reviews quality measures to ensure expectations are upheld within the department. Collaborates with the Behavior Medicine department to ensure census in the day treatment program and efficacy in treatment for children and families. Compensation: The salary for this position is $70,000 annually . Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day in office.
