Reporting directly to the Vice President of Marketing, this role partners closely with cross ‑ functional teams and senior leaders while balancing hands ‑ on analytics with people leadership responsibilities. Compensation: Based on qualifications we anticipate the hiring range will be $100,000-$120,000 . Hybrid Work: We require team members to be in our downtown Minneapolis office three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), offering flexibility while fostering in-person collaboration.
