We are seeking a motivated Valuation Surveyor with strong experience in commercial real estate, particularly across industrial, office, and retail property sectors. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative regional and national team, delivering valuation advice to a broad client base including lenders, investors, developers, and property companies. Key Responsibilities: Undertake valuations for a variety of purposes, including: - Secured lending - Financial reporting - Acquisitions and disposals - Portfolio analysis - Strategic advisory work Core Duties: - Carry out inspections and prepare valuation reports in accordance with RICS Red Book standards. - Deliver advice across a range of asset types, including: - Industrial & Logistics - Offices - High street and out-of-town retail - Develop and maintain strong client relationships. -...
