Job Description: Position Overview The primary responsibility of the Senior Recruiter – Corporate is to actively and strategically source, assess, recommend and hire prospective candidates for the corporate and global work groups. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Las Vegas Sands Corp.’s policies, practices, and procedures. All Las Vegas Sands Corp. Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to develop, customize, and execute a specific and strategic recruiting plan based on the needs of the department. Establish and maintain strong relationships with leadership to stay up-to-date and aligned with current and future business needs. Assist in creating and/or updating job descriptions. Define and assess qualifying questions/assessment methods in applicant tracking system. Develop high potential candidate pool for the recommendation and selection process.
