BDC/Internet Manager

Job description

This is not a traditional BDC role. We are looking for a working manager who produces, leads by example, and drives consistent performance across both sales and service opportunities . This role requires execution across phone, text, email, and CRM follow-up , while working alongside an established remote team and enhancing structure, consistency, and results. We have the tools, partnerships, and lead flow. What we need is discipline, accountability, and execution . The Opportunity: - 400–500 inbound sales opportunities per month - Additional opportunity through outbound efforts (equity, upgrade, service, database) - Established remote BDC support already in place - Full tech stack: VinSolutions, Automotive Mastermind, Impel, vAuto - Strong partnerships and training platforms available - Leadership team committed to growth and performance What You’ll Actually Do: - Manage inbound + outbound opportunities across sales and service - Execute communication across phone, text, and email Drive outbound efforts to: - Current customer base - Equity and upgrade opportunities - Service-to-sales opportunities - Set and confirm high-quality appointments that show and convert - Maintain discipl...
