THE JOB: Program Coordinator, Provincial Coaching & Accreditation The starting salary range falls within the minimum to mid-point of the salary range. Starting Salary Range: $57,160 - $71,450 Reporting to the Manager, Physician Leadership & Learning , theProgram Coordinator, Provincial Coaching & Accreditation , plays a central role in the coordination and delivery of physician leadership development programs at Doctors of BC. This position serves as the primary operational contact for the Provincial Coaching Program, managing the program’s platforms and systems, including basic technical support, the role ensures a positive member experience from recruitment through onboarding, and contributes to the planning of skill development sessions in collaboration with the Provincial Physician Lead.
