Maintenance Supervisor

Job Overview In this position, you will operate within Marvin’s team-based environment as an important member of the Maintenance management team. You will set and manage employees to high performance expectations regarding safety, quality, productivity and customer service. You will personally manage and oversee the daily work activities of the employees to ensure that the work being performed aligns with expectations. You will work directly with the employees to understand the work they do, their needs and aspirations. You will guide employees to a culture built on the development of their ideas, expanding creativity, leveraging technology and making positive change. Your typical day will be fast paced working in collaboration with cross functional teams to achieve organizational success through the efficient and focused support of our assembly processes and facilities. You will provide valuable input for day-to-day decisions regarding safety, quality, crewing and work priorities for the team.
