Job description

KM3: POSITION PURPOSE: The Senior Analyst within Performance & Analysis services customers in the areas of performance, quantitative analysis and statistical functions, and contributes to growth and transformation initiatives in those same areas. The role focuses on high‑quality client service and delivery, alongside improving processes, information, and data quality. This individual provides analysis of moderate to complex calculations, data structures, reporting, and applications. This role leads and/or collaborates on system enhancements, automations and transformation initiatives, with strong emphasis on control, data quality, and scalable delivery of performance and attribution outputs. A successful candidate will be highly self-directed, strong in virtual teaming, collaborative and dedicated to mentoring and cross-educating others within the team.
