Job Description: Only candidates living in or around the Fort McMurray and Fort McKay area will be invited for an interview. While this is a full-time position, because the work is seasonal, staff is reduced from December to February, allowing the majority of employees three months off. The site is located 1 hour North of Fort McMurray, AB. Bussing is provided from Fort McMurray and Fort McKay. The schedule is 7 days on with 7 days off (12-hour shifts - from 6 AM to 6 PM). No fly-in/out offered. The individual is responsible for performing in routine operational and maintenance duties to support tailings pond and bird deterrent operations with limited supervision.
