The Role: We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting & Capital Risk Manager to own our end-to-end regulatory reporting framework and capital adequacy processes across the group. You will ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, drive the evolution of our ICAAP and ICARA frameworks, and play a hands-on role in capital planning and stress testing, all while pushing for greater automation and data quality. What You'll Do: Own and manage regulatory reports and disclosures across multiple jurisdictions, including Pillar 1, Pillar 3, and EU/German statistical reporting. Monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements, defining the necessary data specifications and reporting logic.
