FULL TIME SALARY POSITION! 45 HOURS PER WEEK!: Up to $87,647.50 PER YEAR: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to manage, grow, and create excitement in the home, health, and beauty departments. This person will ensure the profitability of the home, health, and beauty department. This person must have working knowledge and be up to date on trends in the HHB industry, including products such as supplements, over-the-counter medication, and vitamins. This person will have a passion for learning and using products that they carry and will be creative with cross merchandising and displays. This person will oversee the Floral Manager in addition to HHB associates and may be responsible for leadership of the store during the Store Director’s absence.
