Agency: Kaimera Job Description: We're looking for an Associate Director with TV planning experience to join the Client Services team at Kaimera, part of the Havas Media network. This role will be based in Kaimera's Surry Hills office. About the role: The Associate Director role autonomously leads and manages the outputs of their team and clients, alongside their Director and/or the Chief Client Officer. They have full remit over client financial deliverables and outputs, as well as forecasting. Often candidates have been or are looking to be an internal pillar leader. A candidate will likely have experience managing 3+ direct reports and their career planning. They are able to own their teams' roadmap and stretch themselves beyond their own stream to the wider agency. The role must be able to create top-class, compelling rationale that drives strategy forward and inspires. They will represent Kaimera as an external spokesperson. Can demonstrate success leading large or complex areas that could have clear impact to the success of Kaimera. You will also have the opportunity to work on pitches or new business work.
