Corewell Health , located in Grand Rapids, MI, is looking to add an Endocrinologist to our busy and growing practice. The Center for Diabetes & Endocrinology is home to seven Endocrinologists and two Diabetologists, who lead a multidisciplinary team comprising Advanced Practice Providers, Diabetes Educators, a Pharmacist, a Behavioral Health Specialist, and other professionals to deliver comprehensive patient services. With an extensive network of over 82 Primary Care locations, there is an imperative to expand our team. The incoming physician will provide the full spectrum of Endocrinology care, including outpatient clinic duties in Grand Rapids and regional clinics, as well as dedicated days for inpatient consultations. Essential Functions: Assesses and monitors the medical needs of patients/significant others. Provides quality medical services to patients in a cost effective, appropriate manner and ensures coverage of case load at all times. Provides input into the development of policies and procedures as they related to medical practice and quality patient care.
