The Role We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Cohort Growth – Casino to execute the strategy for growing and maximizing player volume and value across the customer lifecycle. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Director of Growth to bridge the gap between Marketing, Product, and Analytics. This role is perfect for a data-fluent marketer who thrives on identifying friction points in the player journey and building the "connective tissue" between personalized incentives and commercial outcomes. Responsibilities: - Execute New Player Cohort Strategy: Own the day-to-day management of new player cohorts, implementing aggressive strategies to maximize Initial NGR and Day-1 to Day-30 LTV. - Optimize the Conversion Funnel: Map and refine the journey from registration to first deposit; collaborate with CRM and Product to remove friction and ensure a seamless "first-bet" experience. - Promotional Strategy: Partner with the Promotions team to design new user incentives that balance high-volume acquisition with long-term value.
