Your Role This role is your chance to see how a successful established startup runs its engine room from the inside. You join the Operations team to keep critical workflows moving, support the build-out of AI and automation across functions, and take ownership of concrete operational tasks from day one. You will collaborate with our MD and leadership for projects you own and work hands-on with a growth manager as your closest sparring partner day to day. You get direct exposure to no/low-code tooling, AI-assisted tools, and cross-functional problem-solving.You thrive in this role if you are curious, take initiative, and want to turn manual work into scalable processes and systems. Our hierarchy is flat and communication direct, which means we operate and learn fast, as a team. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Own recurring operational tasks end-to-end: Take full responsibility for defined workflows across the business, including contributing to quality assurance and steering of external partners.
