About the team The Budget and Cost Optimisation (BCO) team sits within the Budget Supply Governance (BSG) team and is responsible for Global T&S Ops long-term cost decision frameworks, BPO Budget for Content Moderation, and OPEX Optimisation strategies for both In House and BPOs. The team ensures comprehensive financial management for T&S operations and enhances efficiency through cost impact analysis and governance. Responsibilities: As a member of the Budget and Cost Optimization team, you will support the management of the annual budget for our BPO workforce across Trust & Safety (T&S) Operations. Working alongside experienced team members, you will help with budget setting, monitoring budget adherence, and the timely & accurate submission of PJs & PRs. You will contribute to the development of T&S Ops cost-related metrics, support target setting, and assist in initiatives to evolve and improve governance and processes.
