ERP Business Process & Modernization Consultant (SAP)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Process & Modernization Consultant to lead cross-functional workshops documenting current (“as-is”) processes and defining future-state solutions within an enterprise SAP ERP environment . This role will analyze operational workflows, identify system and process gaps, and develop a structured modernization blueprint supporting an SAP S/4HANA upgrade: or transition to a new ERP platform . The Consultant will translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements while guiding governance, change management, and implementation planning efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong: SAP expertise: with workshop facilitation and enterprise modernization experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership & Governance Conduct project kickoff sessions with executive leadership and key stakeholders Develop a comprehensive project plan, timeline, and stakeholder engagement strategy Establish governance structure, communication cadence, and performance KPIs 2.
