Job Summary: The Electric Service Coordinator will be supporting administrative service functions for respective Area Managers, Service Supervisors, and Service Technicians. The ESC will be responsible for scheduling in- home service calls, dealing with builders regarding documentation, billing, and various duties assigned. Duties/Responsibilities: - None. - Monitors and maintains the inbox when needed. - Verifies Service work parameters prior to creating work orders. - Schedules verified work orders in Service Titan systems. - Set-up customers in Service Titan when required. - Create jobs in Service Titan when required. - Schedule and assign service, Coordinating with the service manager when necessary and appropriate. - Answer Incoming calls and responds to customer / builder needs and messages in a timely and professional manner. - Call customers regarding external service requests to schedule appointments. - Request approvals and documentation from builders. - Coordinate with internal departments as needed when work becomes billable. - Requests Purchase Orders and documentation from builders; provides PO Pricing to builders prior to scheduling service work. - Performs other rel...
