Responsibilities and Duties: - Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout and facility expansions. - Develops and implements a facility management program including preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements. - Conducts and documents regular facility inspections. - Ensures compliance with health and safety standards and industry code. - Obtains quotes from vendors and suppliers and negotiates contracts to optimize cost savings. - Assures security of all facilities and responds to facility and equipment alarms and system failures. - Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. - Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. - Performs a variety of plumbing and maintenance functions. - Detects faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situation to proper supervision. - Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. - All other duties as assigned.
