Analyst, Revenue Business REMOTE

Job description

The Revenue Business Analyst plays an important role in delivering high quality revenue accounting software and various components of the other applications that impact on the revenue accounting area. Oversees system maintenance and enhancements projects related to Finance, Revenue Operations functions. Prepares test plans, executes tests, and evaluates new and existing revenue programs to identify and help remove bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues. The Revenue Business Analyst is expected to have solid analytical skills and high attention to detail, as well as to be proficient in test management software and processes. The role may work in conjunction with other teams within CCL Finance, Revenue, Hotel Operations, Marine Operations, Technical Operations, Guest Logistics, Groups, etc. to insure cohesiveness with corporate goals and initiatives. This individual works with IT, Decision Support, business users and any other departments as needed to support the development and implementation of new business practices.
