About the Role As a QCI Trainer , you’ll serve a vital dual role: inspecting HVAC installation jobs for quality and safety, while also delivering hands-on technical training for our install team. This position directly supports the Install Manager and ensures our teams are not only code-compliant but Goettl-excellent. You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a passion for mentoring others, and the drive to maintain our industry-leading installation standards. COMPENSATION: $40-$45 DOE.
