As an Intake Care Representative, you will be a trusted first point of connection—helping patients, providers, and care partners move DME (Durable Medical Equipment) referrals forward with clarity, compassion, and precision. Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm ET: Responsibilities: - Serve as a primary contact for incoming DME referrals, providing clear information on pricing, order status, timelines, and qualification requirements - Advance referrals from intake to readiness by reviewing documentation, identifying gaps, and securing required clinical or insurance information - Verify insurance eligibility and financial responsibility using internal systems, payer portals, and outreach to ensure accurate patient records - Create and maintain complete patient accounts, including demographics, documentation uploads, and authorization details - Co...
