Description Position Summary: As an L&S Trainee, you will learn plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills from industry experts to ensure successful installations. You will support superintendents in preparing houses for trade stage completions and participate in our in-house development program. This program is designed to give you the skills needed to advance into a multi-trade superintendent or service technician role. The ideal candidate is driven, deadline-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist assigned superintendent in preparing trade stage completion. - Transport materials to job sites across multiple areas. - Complete punch items assigned by the superintendent. - Read and interpret blueprints to understand plumbing, electrical and HVAC installations and layouts. - At the end of each stage, perform detailed walkthroughs to assess if installs are done correctly and meet standards and generate an initial list for superintendents to be aware of the status of installation. - Identify common issues with trade stage installations and inform the superintendent or make necessary adjustments and repairs as necessary. - Learn and remain up...
