Position Summary The Operations Supervisor leads a high-performing warehouse team responsible for accurate , on-time order fulfillment across picking, packing, and shipping. This is a hands-on, working supervisor role — you will be on the floor with the team, monitoring productivity and performance standards, directing workflow and daily priorities, and ensuring service standards are consistently met. You will also partner with other departments to share labor when needed and will be accountable for training, coaching and development, scheduling, performance management, and addressing employee relations issues as they arise.
